You can send the amount raised to the appeal by one of the following three methods:

» Arrange to pass the amount raised directly to the collection/donation team, please call 07504 332123. (Cheques should be made payable to "Corey's Appeal")

» Pay the amount directly into the "Corey's Appeal" bank account. (Bank a/c Natwest Chorley A/C no: 20794487 sort code: 01-01-94).

» Pay the amount directly into the just giving page by clicking here.

SPONSERED ACTIVITIES

To ensure we can maimise gift aid claims please follow the following procedures when obtaining sponsor details. Gift aid on the donations can only be claimed where the sponsorship form has been correctly completed by the sponsors.

Donors who want their sponsorship payments to be treated as a gift aid donation must:

» Give their full name (atleast their last name and initial).
» Give their home address, as a minimum their house name or number and their full postcode. HMRC accepts that some donors, for example in the work place, may not want to give their full home address.
» Tick the column to indicate that they wan the charity to treat their sponsorship payments as Gift Aid donations.


After all sponsor's donations have been received please forward your completed sponsor form and money raised to a committee member or post to - 177 The Green, Eccleston, PR7 5SX. We suggest you don't send cash through the post, cheques can be made payable to "Corey's Appeal".

Alternatively you can pay the amount directly into the bank account (details above) or onto by clicking here and going to JustGiving, if you have some gift aid sponsors and some none gift aid sponsors you'd have to do two transfers. Please then forward the sponsor form to the above address or it can be emailed to coreyashcroft@btinternet.com
